 
As a Medicare beneficiary, you can choose from different Medicare options. One of the options is a Medicare health plan. Valley Baptist Health Plan in the Rio Grande Valley has three Medicare Health plans to choose from. Click on Medicare or call for more information. Call Customer Service at (800) 829-6440 (TTY/TDD (800) 562-5259). Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Valley Baptist Insurance Company is a Health Plan with a Medicare Contract which renews annually and availability of coverage beyond the end of the year is not guaranteed. If Medicare determines during the year that our contract must be terminated, then the plan's members will be notified in advance of the plans termination. You must be entitled to Medicare Part A, be enrolled in Part B, and reside in our service area to be eligible. If you obtain routine care from out-of-plan providers neither Medicare nor Valley Advantage will be responsible for the costs.
