Selecting or Changing your Primary
Care Physician (PCP)
When you become a member of Valley Baptist Health Plans, you must select
a Primary Care Physician. You can choose your PCP from a list of
plan providers in Family Practice, General Practice, Internal Medicine,
and Pediatrics for your children. The Provider Directory gives you
a list of plan providers. A complete list of plan providers is also
available on our website valleyhealthplans.com
PCP Changes
After you designate a Primary Care Physician, this selection
may by changed by contacting Valley Baptist Health Plans via
telephone, website or in person at our local office. The Primary
Care Physician selection will become effective the first day of
the following month. You may change your PCP once a month, if needed.
