Complaints
Valley Baptist Health Plans is committed to providing high quality
health care service and a high level of Member satisfaction. From
time to time Members may find that they do not understand or agree
with the policies, procedures, coverages or benefit decisions of
the Health Plan or they are not satisfied with some aspect of their
treatment by physicians or other providers.
If a Member has a misunderstanding or misinformation regarding benefits
or service that can be resolved immediately, the Customer Services
Department will attempt to resolve the issue immediately. If Complainant
has a misunderstanding or misinformation regarding medical issues,
the matter will be forwarded to the Health Services Department for
resolution and response. Members are encouraged to communicate their
dissatisfaction as soon as possible by calling our Customer Service
1-800-829-6440 number or coming by our local office at 2005 Ed Carey
Drive, Harlingen, Texas 78550.
